The visit to the Ichaboid City was another ET mission, not on the surface but under it.
The Ichaboids work with the ET cetaceans in trying to protect earth's oceans and seas from military weaponization. They had no contact with terrestrial humans by choice.

I'm a contactee, experiencer and Milab, having had contact with over a dozen ET races both benevolent and malevolent.
A panel of experts dissected my case over a 2 year period and unanimously determined I was honest about my ET experiences and that they were legitimate.
Here I share my ET experiences with you...
So when Jmmanuel got word they'd found something they wanted one of the Angelics to examine, Jmmanuel decided to send his brother, Teedeh. I asked if I couldn't go with Teeds.
"Absolutely not!" Jmmanuel said. "The Ichaboids have had no contact with Terrans and don't wish to have any. We must respect their wishes."
Thank heavens for my buddy, Teeds! "Well now, wait a minute," he said. "Gracie's an advanced diver. I might need a second set of hands down there. It's certainly not going to hurt to ask the Ichaboids if she could accompany me. They still have the option of saying no."

A whole lot of channel clearing went on but finally the Ichaboids agreed to my accompanying Teeds to their city. I'd be the first Terran they met.
Jmmanuel made me swear I'd be on my best behavior. I promised him I would be.
Of course I can't find an accurate representation of the craft we used to get to the Ichaboid city because we have nothing like it. But this is as close as I can get.

It had the appearance of being all glass but it wasn't glass. It was an extremely strong ET material that looked like glass but could withstand extreme pressure of the very deep with no danger of implosion. The body of this vehicle also generated its own light, a plus when you're at depths where it's pitch black.
As we neared the Ichaboid city I was stunned to see we were surrounded by Merpeople! I'd always thought they were mythical but Teeds explained earth had an aquatic race (as many ET races do) that were predecessors of land dwelling beings. I put my hand on the wall of the vehicle. One of the Mermen swam up and put his hand against mine as though to say hello. These were intelligent beings.

The photo at left is of an actual Merman, taken by an oceanographer.
(His daughter was terrified of going in water after seeing it).
It is what the Merpeople I saw looked like.
From the waist up they looked human. From the waist down they looked like a fish. They had a ridge on the top of their heads. They had very large, deep set eyes and their ears were not like ours.
Their hands were webbed.
They accompanied us the rest of the way to the Ichaboid city as though escorting us.
Soon we could see the lights of the Ichaboid city.

Teeds guided the ship through the hatch. Suddenly we were rising to the ground floor of the city, where a group of Ichaboids were waiting to greet us.

The Ichaboids look like a hybrid fish and frog. They walk upright although with a slight hop to their step.
They have a dorsal fin on their heads and pectoral fins on their waists. They have 2 respiratory system - one for land and one for water,
Their facial features are fish-like in appearance, their 'hands' and 'feet' are webbed like a frogs. The bottom half of their bodies look like a frogs.
They are extremely intelligent and spiritual. They're master geneticists.
They are telepathic but do have a verbal language that we're physically incapable of speaking. Since I couldn't speak the spokesman's name, we agreed I'd just call him Ichabod.
He stared at me intently, being the first Terran he'd ever seen. Before I realized what was happening, Ichabod reached out and grabbed my boob, feeling it.
I didn't get upset, realizing his curiosity wasn't sexual in any way. He was a geneticist and wanted to see how I was constructed. Hell, I'd had worse Wednesday nights. LOL
Ichabod took us on a tour of their city.
The first place they took us was a huge area full of cetacean pools. Around the perimeter of these pools were what I could only call very advanced computers. Ichabod explained the cetaceans were recording the history of our oceans, they'd surface in these pools and upload what they'd recorded into the computers. In this way the Ichaboids knew exactly what was going on in our oceans and seas. In fact, that's what a whale song is - the transferring of our oceans/seas history from pod to pod.
From there Ichaboid took us to their genetics lab. Another large room with long 'workbenches' atop which sat life-sized real time models of various species of beings being studied by the Ichaboids. Not thinking, I blurted out "You don't have a Terran in your collection."
Ichabod saw the opening and took it. Would we be willing to let him make a model of us? Sure, why not?
We were instructed to strip and stand in 2 lit green circles in the floor. A circle of light came up, scanning our bodies. The scans took only seconds. We re-dressed and followed Ichabod over to one of the workbenches. Up rose life-sized working models of our bodies.
I could see our hearts beating, our lungs expanding and contracting, the blood flowing through our veins.
The Ichaboid geneticists immediately crowded around us, examining every detail of the models.
We next visited their birthing pools. There's a pool for the Ichaboids and a pool for the Merpeople.
The female Ichaboids lay their eggs in the pool and care for them until the offspring hatch. When the offspring are 2 months old, they move to land and the male takes over their care. They begin their spiritual education at 2 months.
Ichabod was curious about human reproduction so we had to explain the process to him. I think he was grossed out because he commented "I think we'll stick to egg laying."
From there we went to their agricultural area - huge aquaponic pools full of different plants, most of which resembled seaweed.
Being the very gracious hosts they were, they'd prepared a seaweed meal for us. Now, I'm adventurous when it comes to food but only to a point. I didn't know how I'd get that bowl of seaweed down.
Teeds to the rescue, telling Ichabod "This will be her first time diving this deep. It would be better if she didn't eat anything before the dive."
(Thank you, Teeds!)
I did take a taste of it and it actually didn't taste that bad.

It was getting late and we still hadn't seen what we'd come to examine. I can't say what it was for security reasons. Let's just say boxes. Silly me, I thought we'd examine these boxes from the vehicle we'd come down in or something similar. Oh Contrare! Ichabod and company had made us special diving suits.
They came out holding a suit that I swear was the thickness of Saran Wrap and had a jelly-like feel to it. The helmet of this suit looked like the top of a jellyfish. I took one look at this suit and thought
WE'RE GONNA DIE DOWN HERE!
As they're shrinkwrapping me in this Saran Wrap suit, Ichabod is explaining this suit will provide all the air we need in the right mixture of gasses, if these boxes exploded or set off a concussion wave, we'd only be thrown back a couple steps and not hurt in any way. Nor would we even feel the water pressure. (Mind you we were at a depth that any earth made submersible would've imploded in a nanosecond due to the psi at that depth)
Once we were shrinkwrapped Teeds and I were off. I was still pretty sure we were going to die down there, wrapped in these Saran Wrap suits.
I wish I could've brought one of those suits back with me. It would've revolutionized our diving industry. I felt no psi whatsoever. The suits were extremely easy to move in. No problem breathing whatsoever. Luckily, nothing exploded on us as I didn't really want to test that theory as comfortable as I now was with the suit.
We returned to the Ichaboid city to say our goodbyes when who shows up? Some of the Yellow Bellies! I think the fact that it was obvious we were friends put Ichabod at ease somewhat with a Terran being on their turf.
When we got back to the ship we were immediately debriefed. Jmmanuel must have heard about the 'cop a feel' incident and that I'd just rolled with it because he told me he was proud of the way I'd behaved and that Ichabod had told him I was welcome to come back and visit them.
I hope some day I do have the opportunity to visit them again.
A couple of months later I was surfing the web when what do I come across? The story of Siberia's Lake Baikal Swimmers.

There were the Saran Wrap suits, the helmet that looked like the top of a jellyfish and although not completely identical, the Lake Baikal Swimmers looked remarkably like the Ichaboids.
There are ET's helping us that no one is even aware of.
