There's been so much disinformation and misinformation put out on the Internet now with regard to the various ET races, where to even begin to get the truth out?
I decided I'd post what I personally know about each of the ET races I've had physical, face-to-face contact with and what they themselves have taught me in my contact with them. I do not claim to have all of the answers where the billions of ET races are concerned! No one has that, nor do I believe with the consciousness hijacking going on that one can know the ET races without having had personal, physical, face-to-face contact with them. Not in dreams, not in one's mind's eye, most certainly not in astral travel unless your only contact is with malevolent and demonic entities.

Maelto
Aron
Let me begin by saying that I learned the hard way that the ET races consider it rude and disrespectful if you call them and/or their race by the wrong name. That being said, the Andromes are not called "Andromedans". They are called "Andromes" - pronounced And row mees.
I work quite closely with the Andromes. My two primary Androme contacts are Maelto and Aron. (Pronounced Ay ron) Maelto was a member of the Andromedan Council. Aron works on the New Jerusalem as Jmmanuel's right hand man or to put it in earth terms Jmmnauel's "Executive Assistant". He became like a surrogate father to me when my own dad passed. He's also my ET languages instructor and a master linguist.
Aron has a family - his wife, Adelinna; a daughter, Alihanna and a son, Achille. (Pronounced Ah kill). Aron and Adelinna reside on the New Jerusalem.
The Andromes reside in the Andromedan Galaxy, which is the closest galaxy to our own, only 2.5 million years away. It contains at least a trillion stars but earth scientists have only discovered and confirmed one planet, which they named PA - 99 - N2. Of course, the Andromes have their own names for their planets.

In reality there are several inhabited planets in the Andromeda Galaxy and they told me there were 135 billion people (ET's) living in the 8 closest galaxies to earth alone.
The Andromes are those most like us even though their technology is about 4,500 years ahead of Earth's. What surprised me was that their homes look remarkably similar to our 1980's homes!
The landscape of their planets are very similar to those of Earth, with mountains, forests, rivers, etc.
They do not count years in 365 days as we do on Earth. According to different extraterrestrials, one year is a time when every cell in their body duplicates itself, and it takes around 34 years. True. When I first met Ahlihanna and Achille they were children yet they told me in their years they were in their 80's and 90's. Aron was over 400 years old the first time I met him.
The Andromes are a mix of many different races. For example, Maelto is of their Oriental-lookiing race from which Earth's Oriental races came. Aron is a blue-skinned Androme. Another race that lives on their planet Dakota is what we'd call Native American. They even have an aquatic race. Andromes come in all sizes, the average being 4 feet to 8 feet tall. They are completely human in every respect.
Initially the Andromes were terrified of us but with increasing contact they're learning not al of us are cannibalistic, violent barbarians - although our earthly "logic" to them is still completely illogical and the unpredictability of our human emotions still scares the bejesus out of them. But learning we're not all cannibalistic, violent barbarians is a slow process, given our horrible reputation as the only race in the whole universe that could make their own people slaves and kill them for their own benefits.

If you'd like to read an interesting book about how the Andromes and terrestrial humans are working together, read Secret Vows - Our Lives With Extraterrestrials by Bert and Denise Twiggs.
So much genetic tinkering has gone on out in the cosmos among ET races that their own DNA has become so degraded many races (Like the Zeta Reticulans) can no longer reproduce anymore. In the case of the Andromes, birth defects began showing up in their children for the first time ever.
A consensual breeding program was established between the Andromes and humans here, using our DNA to correct the birth defects in the Androme babies. The Twiggs were part of that consensual breeding program. It's an interesting read!
We could learn a lot from the Andromes when it comes to educating our children. The ET's value their children above anything else, seeing them as the continuation of their races, so they invest great time and energy in their children.
An Androme child attends school for 150 to 200 Earth years, learning every subject, 'occupation' and trade imaginable. At the end of their education they're free to pursue whatever interests them. This makes them jacks of all trades who excel at anything you put in front of them, their forte being agriculture.
The Andromes have no financial system whatsoever. They all work together freely to support all members of their society and ensure everyone has what they need to thrive, as is the case with most ET races.
Walk into the equivalent of a grocery store in the Andromeda Galaxy and you take a levitating 'grocery cart', go through the store and get what you need, then go to a 'checkout' where a clerk inventories what you've taken so they know what they need to keep the store stocked. You walk out paying nothing for your groceries. No one hoards, there's no reason to.
Like all benevolent ET races, the Andromes do not have religion, knowing full well who created earth religions and why. They do not worship any "God". They call the Creator Source "Isness" and respect it but don't worship it.
Every so often they hold a kind of 'flea market/carnival' to show their respect to the Isness, during which time they restock their stores. Everyone displays their items they've made or services they have to offer - all of which are free. You just go around this festival and get what goods or services you might need.
One of the items that really caught my interest was the moving energy sculptures that play music, made by Androme artists.
Although artists here have begun getting into kinetic sculptures (as seen at left) we have nothing as elaborate as what the Androme artists create out of pure energy.
At this festival they also have something similar to our carnivals. The Androme kids managed to get me onto one of their Skycycles for a ride.
We have nothing even similar, the photo below is as close as I could come to giving you a visual of what a Skycycle looks like.

It does have wheels so you can ride it on the ground. The kids who were riding them would run it for a bit on the ground then take off much like a plane would.
You do wear a gravity belt riding these things in case you fall off because they reach a pretty good speed and height when airborne.
I have to admit riding one was a heck of a lot of fun.
Do the Andromes have animals on their planet? Yes. Some of them are similar to our own. For example they have horses but they're smaller than our horses. They also have some animals the likes of which we've never seen before. One of them I call the Puppy Dog Worm. (They do have a name for it in their language but I forget what that word is.)

My sketch of a puppy dog worm
These puppy dog worms are just the cutest thing ever. They grow to be no longer than 6" long, have segmented bodies like a worm does, have hair like a caterpillar and their head is just like a puppie's head.
They act and make sounds just like puppies do! When I was on the Androme biosphere all of the kids seemed to have them, these puppy dog worms would ride around on the kids' shoulders.
The Andromes are huge animal lovers. They routinely pick up injured and dying animals from Earth and rehabilitate them on their biospheres.
That's a bit about the Andromes. To say hello to an Andromee, you'd say "Acharaya" - pronounced Ah cha rye ah.

They're called "Arcturans" not "Arcturians" - no "i" in there. They are the race the Angelics most work with as they're the most similar to the Angelics. In their pure state they have no physical bodies but they can manifest into physical form. They pride themselves on all looking alike, as a sign of the equality of all living beings.
They are telepathic whizzes, transmitting at 100x what the human brain can process what it is they're transmitting. They do not see with their eyes, they see with the backs of their heads.
When taking physical form they are similar in build and size to the Greys but their skulls are more elongated. They stand around 4 feet tall. Their skin is a light aqua-blue in color. They manifest wearing white, floor length robes with stand up collars. If a Commander, they will have a red geometric design on their collar.
Since they don't believe in any form of violence they are not members of the GCOW or Collective. However, they do lend their ships to the earth mission as the Dracs fear their ships.

Arcturan command ships look similar to this

Arcturan lens shaped ship
Arcturan ships are live biological entities that are a wonder to behold. The minute you board an Arcturan command ship any physical deficiencies disappear. You become one with the ship. It monitors your thoughts and bodily vital signs (not in any intrusive feeling way) to provide whatever changes your body needs to be comfortable aboard.

Arcturan bird-shaped ship
The Arcturans are the master healers of the cosmos. They have healing bays aboard their ships that use only energy, light and sound to heal in a matter of seconds.
The Arcturans very rarely make contact with anyone on earth apart from telepathically. They have no volunteers on earth since they are not part of the GCOW/Collective. They've worked quietly behind the scenes with terrestrial humans for over 4,000 years.

Dathaar, who heads up Navigation on the New Jerusalem is my primary Alpha Centaurian contact and to a lesser extent, her unce Zach. (Pronounced Zock) Zach resides on Alpha Centauri A.

Alpha Centauri is a star system in the southern constellation of Centaurus. It consists of three stars: Rigil Kentaurus (Centauri A), Toliman (Centauri B), and Proxima Centauri (Centauri C).
The Alpha Centaurians are indistinguishable from earth humans, although they're slightly taller. They worked with Earth humans and decades ago, ran a shuttle from earth to Alpha Centauri to protect those here targeted by the government. (The Alpha Centaurians detest our government and military.)
To my knowledge they no longer run that shuttle.
The Centaurians are highly intelligent. We jokingly call Dathaar "The Brainiac" she's so intelligent. The Centaurians are top notch scientists and master metaphysicians. They have several bases that are scientific research centers. They're also master metaphysical healers, although not as advanced as the Arcturans. The Centaurians use crystal based technology to perform healing.
The Alpha Centaurians speak multiple languages including fluent English.

Their homes are quite interesting. They're dome-like structures made of a material that resembles glass. The occupants can see out in a 360 degree view but no one can see in.
Most ET's don't keep pets in their homes like we do nor do they see their 'pets' as family members as we do.
The Centaurians love birds...but their animals are kept on a separate planet that's just for them.
They really don't understand the close relationship we have with our animals.
They used to have ships but have conquered teleportation now so no longer need ships, although they do have small craft to get from place to place on their stars.
When they did still did have ships they were bell shaped as shown at right, over New York.
Their command ships were cigar shaped and unlike most GCOW ships were not armed. They had deflective shields that would come up around the ship to protect it. That shield could easily take the force of a nuclear blast.
As beings, the Centaurians are calm and grounded with a serene presence. They're also stewards of interplanetary harmony.
They do help scientists here but are so intelligent they pass their information down through the Sirians so as to be understood.

I only have one Lyran contact, Bashti. (Pronounced Bosh tee) Honestly, Bashti and I have as little to do with one another as possible. I find him to be arrogant, condescending and well, just downright annoying. So I don't know all that much about the Lyrans apart from what others on the New Jerusalem have told me.
Although they are part of the GCOW/Collective they play a very minor role in the Earth mission. They tend to be standoffish on that front and take part as little as possible even though they are the Terran predecessors, all human life in the Milky Way Galaxy having emanated from the Lyra constellation.
I guess they figure they went through what Earth is going through now, no one helped them through it and we have to learn the hard way just like they did.
They began life in Lyra as peaceful primarily agriculturists, until the Dracos arrived. They eventually became suspicious of the Dracos but too late. A huge war (the Lyran-Orion wars) ensued.
Here's an abbreviated version of how those wars ended:
If you know anything about the Dracs "lose" and "surrender" are not within their vocabulary, they are uber arrogant and losing a battle to the felines and Lyrans would be enough to send them into a genocidal rage they'd not soon get over. If ever.
Eventually peace returned to the Lyra system but the Lyrans were at the stage we are now...adolescence for all intents and purposes. They'd developed advanced technology they weren't yet spiritually evolved enough to possess. They nearly wiped out their entire race four times with their own technology and the squabbling that began between themselves.
Eventually they moved beyond puberty, grew up and settled back down into a peaceful existence. But to believe they're heavily involved in the Earth mission is FICTION. It's rare they even attend a star nation meeting.
Physically, the Lyrans stand a bit taller than us. Most have blonde hair and blue eyes, as the Angelics did when they still needed a physical body. They're completely human.
They were the first to really travel and explore space in their "space arks" as they were called. The Lyrans are rather adventurous by nature. Now they have smaller ships that resemble those of the Arcturan transport ships.
Their ships don't run on EM energy like most ET ships.
They run on emerald crystals not found on Earth.

As for the feline race, although they were created by the Emerald Elohim Angelics and later seeded in the Lyra constellation, technically they are not Lyrans. They are their own separate race.

The first time I was introduced to a Plejaran Ambassador I made the mistake of calling her a "Pleidian". I got a royal butt chewing from her. "We are NOT Pleiadians! That is the name of our star system! We are called PLEJARANS!" (Pronounced Play are ans)
My bad, won't make that mistake again! Note: They get very insulted and touchy if you call them Pleiadians.
I have 3 primary Plejarans that I'm in touch with regularly - Ambassador Kayterra, his partner Soline and their son, Kelshay. To put it in earth terms, Kelshay is my son-in-law. Kayterra and Soline used to live on Erra but when the grandchildren started coming they moved onto the New Jerusalem to be close to them.
The Pleiades is a young open cluster (about 100 million years old) containing over 1,000 stars but there are 7 primary planets known as the "7 Sisters".
Erra is located about 80 light years beyond the visible Pleiades stars - about 500 light years from Earth.
It's the most urban and populated planet and is described as a twin Earth with a warm, moist climate, five major climate zones, and a rich variety of life forms.
It is one of 10 planets in the Taygeta system, 4 of which are inhabited.
Erra is very futuristic looking but beautiful.

The Plejarans are 100% human and very attractive, generally having long blonde hair and blue eyes. They stand slightly taller than us, around 7 feet tall.
They are a much more highly evolved race than most people realize, especially spiritually, which they interweave with their love of nature. They're highly attuned to the energy of emotional and spiritual frequencies. They're deeply empathic, sensing the feelings of others and responding with compassion. They value balance, unity, and peaceful coexistence, often acting as mediators or peacemakers.
