What I discovered was that there is a HUGE learning curve in getting to know the ET's and they getting to know us. Sometimes that learning can result in rather funny incidents...and at other times not so much!
I'm going to dispel some misconceptions here so be forewarned.
During my Milab years I was on occasion used as a telepathic communicator with the ET's. They are HUGE HUGE HUGE on respect and being treated respectfully. What they consider respectful and disrespectful is very different from what we consider respectful and disrespectful.
You do not just approach an ET and start communicating with them. They have very strict ancient etiquette protocols they themselves use with each other and that they insist we follow if we wish to communicate with them.
For example: When you greet an ET and wish to communicate with him/her there's a strict protocol that is followed. You bow at the waist to the ET, keeping your eyes on theirs and they do the same with you.
You state your name, rank and planet of origin. In that case of Earth, that's "Sol 3 Terra".
You ask the ET permission to enter their personal space in order to communicate with them and they do the same with you.
But we're not done yet!
The ET's have 3 forms of language - Formal, Diplomatic and Informal. They communicate in the Formal. We communicate in the Informal. So we must ask permission to communicate with them in the Informal.
Only after all that is done does any communication take place.
When acting as a telepathic communicator it gets even more complicated.

Raise your right hand to show the ET you are not a threat and come in friendship.

You then must use the "bridal step" to approach them - one foot forward, pause, the other foot forward, pause and so on.

Do not show your teeth if you smile at them. They see us as violent, barbaric cannibals and take you showing your teeth as an indication you are about to EAT them. (I made this mistake)

Do not touch them without their express permission unless you have a death wish. A man I know was walking down a set of stairs with a Grey. Apparently he didn't know they generally float not walk. They can walk but it's very awkward for them to do, due to their skeletal structure being different. He took this awkward movement as the Grey being about to fall down the steps, grabbed her arm to prevent her from falling and she laid into him like who laid the rail! How DARE he touch her! Then again, she didn't realize he thought she was about to fall so grabbed her to protect her, not out of disrespect.

You never turn your back on them when retreating from their presence. You BACK away using the bridal step until you are out of their presence. They consider your turning your back on them being disrespectful to them.

They do not engage in earthly behaviors like waving, hugging, high 5'ing, etc.
Telepathic Communication
What I find curious is that of the astronomical number of people claiming to be "Starseeds", etc. that I've never heard a single one of them ever accurately describe what telepathic communication with an ET is really like. Isn't that curious?
Telepathic communication does not involve verbal language or your 5 senses. It requires a soul connection. It's kind of like Mr. Spock's Vulcan Mind Meld. Telepathic communication involves extensive bundles of information that come at you at a very fast pace that makes your brain feel like it's about to explode.

I think you'll be shocked at the videos of telepathic communication I'm about to show you. They very accurately portray what telepathic communication is really like.
Rare is the terrestrial human who is naturally telepathic - or telepathic at all. Like the soldier in the Linda Moulton Howe video, if you're not a telepath ET telepathic communication will knock you unconscious for a considerable amount of time. And yes, you do feel those moments of sheer terror if you're not used to telepathic communication with the ET's.
Truth: The ET's are data miners. They don't care about what's going on in your daily life, they don't pop in just to say hello, they do not use our language finding it agonizingly slow and cumbersome, nor do they want to have to deal with our emotions.
Data mining is just as described in the video above: QUESTION, ANSWER, IMAGE, IMPRESSION, RESPOND, NEXT QUESTION coming at you at a machine gun pace. Even for a natural telepath, although it doesn't knock us unconscious as it would someone who wasn't telepathic, it is exhausting.
Do they all know English? Nope. But since telepathic communication doesn't rely on verbal language they don't need to. On the other hand I've seen some ET's pick up English in nothing flat. Overall they seem very adept at learning new languages very rapidly.
