You should find this section interesting. It may even give you some ideas for what you'd like to create for future earth schools.

The ET's love learning and education and I believe it's because of the way ET's handle education. I'm going to use the example of the education kids on our ship receive although most ET races use pretty much the same system. I'm gong to have to use earth terms here...

We have a combination daycare for infants and preschool for children up to 4 earth years in age. A child begins their education as soon as they begin to communicate. I have 5 ET kids and one 'day' I took one of my daughters to preschool. I was curious so sat in on the class.

That day they were learning how to do complex math equations. Now I'm not stupid. I have an IQ of 158, have 2 college degrees as well as several law enforcement certifications. I'm not saying that to brag because it's nothing to brag about given the earth "education" (indoctrination) system. I'm telling you so that you can see how brilliant these ET kids are.

Their numbering system is a bit different than ours. They have numbers 1 through 11 like we do but 12 is called DO. Like in deer doe.

They assign a number to each section of the finger as shown at left. The thumb is used to count out the finger numbers to perform complex math equations, kind of like an abacus.

Math was never my strong suit but I was holding my own until we began getting into the hundreds. At that point I got completely lost. Meanwhile these preschoolers are coming up with the correct answers to these complex math equations in a nanosecond.

Yup, I flunked out of preschool math on day one! At which point my daughter announces to the entire class "Boy Mama. You Terrans can sure be DUMB!"

And there I sat looking like the village idiot. I never sat in on a preschool class again.

At 4 earth years old these kids enter regular classes at the education center - at our college level or beyond.
By the time they leave preschool they speak several languages fluently, they have the basics of metaphysics down, etc.

The education center resembles a futuristic college campus, something like the illustration below.

They don't plop a kid at a desk for 8 hours a day and expect them to learn anything or even like learning. All learning is hands on. For example, agricultural students have a biosphere they work in growing crops, they spend time working in the ship agricultural labs, they go to other ET races planets to learn how they handle agriculture.

There are no mandatory or prerequisite classes. Students can take classes in whatever interests them. There's no mandatory attendance, tests, exams, grades, graduations, tuition. All education is free.
There's no age segregation in classes. Adults and kids attend the same classes together. When a student has learned everything a class can teach them, the class instructor simply tells them they're ready for a more advanced class and they move on to the more advanced class.

There's no discipline measures like demerits or detention, it's not needed. There are no metal detectors to walk through, no police or security force roving the school and handcuffing minor age children, there's no bullying among students, no school shootings.

From the book Behold A Pale Horse by Bill Cooper

One of my nephews is a school principal. He recently told me the school board forced him to put a litter box in every classroom for a girl who identified as a cat!

And we wonder why our kids are the next best thing to illiterate and possess the intelligence of a jellybean.

There was a history teacher who couldn't name the date our Declaration of Independence was signed believe it or not.

Nor are regular classes the only form of education ET students are afforded.
Quarters have slots in the walls that one can slide a phial into that turns the room into a 3D virtual classroom. They're also on some of the transport ships.

If the student has a particular interest they want to pursue they're given a volunteer tutor who's already working in the field the student is interested in. My son, Brel was interested in planetary EM grid building. He's on Sirius training with the Sirians who constructed Earth's EM grid.

My eldest daughter, Taaya wanted to become a ship Commander. At the age of 9 she was designing ship propulsion systems. She trained under a GCOW ship Commander and at the age of 16 was commanding a ship that she commands to this day.

In the Andromedan galaxy kids attend school for 150-200 earth years. They are taught every subject, 'occupation' and trade imaginable. When they finish their formal education they're free to pursue whatever interests them.

On our ship even those who've completed their education are free to take classes at the education center whenever they wish. The education center is open 24/7 so that when they're not working their shift they can attend classes and most of the crew do continue to take classes there.

Just my personal opinion here but I think the ET's are as intelligent as they are and love education and learning like they do because the of the freedom they're afforded in educating themselves - unlike in our Earth schools.

I hope this gives you an idea of the educational system we can create for ourselves.
