Next to the Angelics the Arcturans (not Arcturians) are the most advanced ET race in existence. Because the two races are so similar they work very closely together.
Arcturans originate from the Arcturus star system, located in the Bootes constellation, approximately 35 million light-years from Earth. Arcturus is the brightest star in this system and is often associated with advanced spiritual beings.
Arcturans are tall, slender beings with radiant blueish skin. They are known for their ethereal and luminous appearance. They're built similar to the small Greys and stand around 4 feet tall. They have no hair on their bodies. Like the Greys their eyes are covered with lenses due to intolerance to our light. But they told me they actually see with the backs of their heads versus their eyes.

They confirmed this to me themselves, stating they work quietly behind the scenes telepathically with earth inhabitants and have for 4,000 years and very rarely do they do otherwise. They do not visit earth normally nor do they have any "Starseeds" here, contrary to the bogus claims made by those calling themselves "Arcturian Starseeds".
Arcturans possess a unique collective consciousness that binds them together, serving as a repository of their history, knowledge, and vibrational frequencies. This consciousness is used to inspire and guide humanity.
They are masters of energy manipulation and vibrational frequencies, which they use for healing and transformation. Arcturians are known to assist in raising the vibrational energy of Earth and its inhabitants.
I experienced healing firsthand on one of their command ships in one of their healing bays. It resembled a white padded cell in a mental institution.

I was told to simply stand there for a few seconds. Multicolored pastel colored lights began emanating from the walls and ceiling, odd musical-like tones began to play. I could feel the energy in my body changing, rising. In under 30 seconds they said the healing was done. I'd been sick for 3 to 4 days at the time after a DEW attack. After the healing I felt better than I had in years.
Arcturian relationships are based on energetic compatibility rather than traditional marriage constructs. This leads to harmonious unions and a stable family structure.
They're absolute whizzes at telepathic communication, able to transmit 100 times faster than the human brain can receive and comprehend.
They're also master diplomats, negotiators and arbitrators. They attempted to work with earth government for a number of years and finally threw their hands in the air when the government refused to cooperate on any level.
They will not engage in anything involving any kind of violence so are not part of the GCOW Collective. However, they will lend their ships to the GCOW and appear on the scene when needed being their ships are the only ones Dracs fear.

Their command ships are living biological entities. The minute you step aboard if you have any physical disabilities, they disappear. You become one with the ship, it monitors your thoughts and body, not in any intrusive way but to adjust your body and mind to be at its most comfortable while aboard.
Their ships are beautiful, even having something like carpeting on the floors and artwork embedded into the walls.
