While it would be great (and easy!) to believe the ET's think we're next greatest thing to little green apples that's certainly not the case. Of all the races I've met, there were only 5 that I'd consider to have our best interests at heart. The reality is we have a HORRIBLE reputation among the ET races.
They see us as the only race in existence who will enslave their own people and kill their own people for their own self gain - and they're correct on that front.
The vast majority of benevolent ET races see us as violent, cannibalistic barbarians. I had to laugh when I first saw the video below for it perfectly sums up how they see us as being.
As if that weren't bad enough, even the ET races that do give a rip about our wellbeing see us as a bunch of self-entitled, self-inidulgent, know-it-all (who know nothing) spoiled brats. We can scream "IT'S NOT OUR FAULT, THE BAD ET'S DID THIS TO US!" but that won't change the ET's perception of us, knowing we allowed this to happen.
I once asked Jmmanuel "How does one know when they've achieved higher dimensional thinking?"

Say you have the knowledge of how to swim. You've never done it...but you have the knowledge of how to go about it...but you've never taken a swimming lesson in your life. What's likely to happen if you jump into the water having never had the practical experience of a swimming lesson? You're likely going to drown.
This is the period of time in which the "Planet of the Children" goes through "puberrty" so to speak and matures into adults qualified to stand on their own two feet and join galactic society. THAT is what this whole exercise is about. Gaining the practical experience that goes hand-in-hand with and completes our cosmic wisdom so we mature into galactic adults.
We're surrounded by negativity and outright insanity at this point, that serves to keep us mired in a 3D lower dimensional mentality: ME ME ME ME! IT'S ALL ABOUT ME! unless we ourselves change that mindset. And we must in order to transition to a higher dimensional awareness and lifestyle of soul vs. 3D ego.
We don't do this by screaming 'WAKE UP!" at others who may not be ready for the awakening process yet, trying to force them to bend to the will of our own ego.
We do this by starting with ourselves, shifting ourselves out of 3D ego into a more balanced state of ego. The next step after that is becoming the LIVING EXAMPLE of what we want others to become. No talk, just action on our parts.
Jmannuel likened it to a herd of cows at milking time. The leader of the herd doesn't get up on top of the barn roof, mooing it's fool head off "C'MON EVERYONE! TIME FOR MILKING!"
She simply starts walking to the barn and the rest of the herd follows her without her having to MOO at any of them!
She sets the example herself of what she wants the rest of the herd to do - follow her.
Just like cows, humans now have a herd mentality. They're going to do what they perceive the rest of the herd is doing.
The only way we turn the herd around is to lead them to the barn.
But in order to do that we must first get our own egos back in balance with our spirits, souls and intent.
In order to manifest what we want, the equation is high resonance energy + Intent = physical manifestation.
